I'll Save You

It's been a while for a few things. One would be an update. The other would be working out on a consistent basis. I was playing basketball weekly, but that stopped when we moved and I don't like getting up super early to play (5:30am) with some school folk. Anyways, I was going to start P90X but I had some worries about it due to a handful of things.
-I tore my rotator cuff over a year ago and it still bothers me
-I recently hurt my Achilles
-Given the above incidents and health conditions my doctor (yes I actually went to my doctor) suggested I try a lighter work out.
-I don't want to fail.

So, given those reasons, I ordered Power 90. Power 90 is a lighter work out compared to P90X. So far I am done three days worth and feel pretty decent. I have had a little pain in the hip flexors and the calf muscles. I didn't anticipate. I will save you from the before and after pictures. One reason being I didn't take them. Secondly, I think it to be inappropriate to post pictures of me in my shorts on the internet. Ok, with that being said, feel free to ask me how I am doing. Hopefully I can do all 90 days, then move onto p90X and then onto Insanity.
